The Letter I - Scatterdays

Money - INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY
After each holiday, I always seem to come home with change.
I have a box of coins.
Metal - IRON
I love wrought iron gates and fences.
These gates are at the entrance of Werribee Mansion, here in Melbourne.
Tools - ICE CUBE TRAYS
This was a hard one!!!!
I looked up tools in the Macquarie Dictionary, there were several interpretations.
One stated - "anything used like a tool to do some work or effect a result".
To get an ice cube, you need the tool of a tray.
Sewing Room - INCHIES
I belong to the internet group, Aus-NZ art group, over a couple of years we have had an inchie challenge.
The top photo - "beige" inchies
the lower - "metal" inchies.
We have also had a challenge of "recycled" and "blue" inchies.

  2. Very enjoyable read.....your inchies are fantastic and you have framed them beautifully. The cubes and currency are very incisive and I have to agree that iron gates are very worthy of the mention. The bird is amazing.

  3. I agree the tools were the hardest. I thought everyone might go for their iron, so wanted to do something different.

Your inchies look great in their frames!

  11. I love your inches, which unlike mine are actually finished.... and as for international currency I think your money, although not having as many zeros as mine is definitely worth a lot more.
