Sea of Yellow

Surrounding our area, the annual planting of the Canola crops are in full bloom. Paddocks alongside  the Highway to Geelong are a sea of yellow. All of a sudden, you drive past and there they are, then next day they could all be gone, harvested. This annual event is the welcome to Spring.

  1. It is amazing that the the yellow flowers flower first - wattle, camola and daffodils! My eyes were aching as I drove to Echuca last week - yellow canola as far as the eyes could see!
