Hong Kong by day

That's my bike, the one with blue handlebars - how on earth would I find my bike.
They are parked on the pier of Lantau Island and a ferry is caught each morning over to the mainland.
Lantau Island - The Giant Buddha at Po Ling Monastery.

The colours of the night markets were spectacular. This is one big pot of tea, but I wasn't that thirsty. HK is very commercial when it comes to shopping. Great bargains.

I loved the medical and dried produce shops. They were fascinating, smelly, colourful and I never thought to ask for something for my rotten hip..

The old with the new - a sampan on Victoria Harbour - the air was quite smoggy.
