Saturday Morning on Retreat

Woke this morning to a drizzle of rain. A good day to sit and sew indoors.
On retreat at Lady Northcote, Bacchus Marsh.
A quick wander around the grounds.

Yoogali Lodge.

Chatter over breakfast before the start of a quilting day.

My view from where I am sitting.

Grevillea in flower.

Love the bark of the trees.

This is a school camp run by the YMCA. Not sure what these refer to, probably a school activity.

  1. I have a friend that goes there for her sewing camp. It is a popular place too.

  2. We use a YMCA site for our choir retreat. Never thought of holding a quilting activity there but bet it would be fun.
