Triple En Provence

Our city quilting group met yesterday for a lovely day of sewing, chatting and catching up after Christmas. Our first GTG for 2017, was a show and tell of our Mystery Quilt made by 3 of us.
(Unfortunately my link to other blogs does not work, if you go to my reading/following list you can see their progress.)
 Our 3 quilts together.
Left - Mine
Middle - Vireya
Right - Jeanette
Despite us using different fabrics, it was surprising how the 3 blended together as one.
This is my first mystery quilt and I have enjoyed the companionship of the 3 of us bouncing ideas of each other, thank you J & V.
Jeanette - use of soft grey's with crisp neutrals and her stars with a magenta centre, gives it a zing.
Size - 3 x 4

Vireya - the quilting has already been started.
Use of a softer magenta for the stars with patches of darker neutrals gives it a beautiful scrap look.
Size 3 x 3

  4. Doing things with friends makes every move special. Three friends from across the pond were thinking of you today as we walked among the throngs of quilt viewers at Tokyo Dome.
