White Night Melbourne

We braved the 400,000 + crowd of Melbourne to view the White Night.
We walked, or should I say we shuffled through the many exhibitions.
We stepped into churches in Collins Street for exhibitions of Tim Winton, the Town Hall for beautiful children's choir, sat and listened to Rachmaninoff , without a piano player at the Concert Hall.
We set off on the journey of Illuminations at 7pm and finished at 12.30am.
So pleased we booked a room in the city for the night.

Tattoos adorned the outside walls of the NGV.
Sat on the benches outside and enjoyed a glass of white wine.

  1. Sounds like a wonderful evening! I didn't realise there were exhibitions and concerts as well - I thought it was just the lights,
